Just to let yous know, I spoke briefly with Lee Schlesinger yesterday.  I asked him three questions.

1. Will 10Q be filed late? yes moot point now

2. Will revenue be greater than 2nd quarter? yes

3. Will there be any update on Belize? Updates on all ongoing projects will be included in 10Q.

My take away is that the 10Q will be good for shareholders.
