Gang, we have a permit, but there may be other forces at work.  Might our favorite slam buddy we hate to acknowledge have a point?  I have not, but has anyone else checked per his suggestion about Govt. approvals beyond a permit?  I know we've paid all taxes, but is the problem bigger than the export permit?  Just asking.  Not un resolvable, for sure.  But the speculation and delays need to be put to rest, IMO.
