We true loyal RFMK supporters believe in the CEO and Cheryl Shuman to bring shareholder value. Me thinks the announcement that the $1.5M inventory of units arriving will be a great catalyst for the stock. The filing of the 10K we hope will come sooner rather than later but it sounds like it is up to the auditors so I imagine most shareholders would rather the auditors do a proper job rather than just quickly flying through it just to get it done. All RFMK shareholders should remember that the 10K report will be a monster of a filing and should show in detail nearly ALL of the documentation relevant to the entire history of the company all the way up through October (I think). This kind of transparency takes a lot of time and effort and is extremely rare in the pink sheets world of stocks!!! We RFMK'ers should feel quite lucky to have such transparency coming our way soon. Many negativists downplay the filing but what percentage of PK stocks on the market are fully reporting or ever move out of the pinks after becoming fully reporting? Hardly any. After the 10K is filed, the CEO can move on to submit a 211 and we could be trading on the OTCBB rather quickly thereafter, the key to uplisting really is an official audit and an audited 10K filing really opens the door wide open to the possibility of uplisting. After that it is just going to be some paper work and some fees to get quoted on the OTCBB which could happen very soon thereafter. Many will also downplay the OTCBB versus the pink sheets but I think most are aware of the differences. The OTCBB is a mucher higher quality tier and it opens up the stock to a greater investor audience which could bring higher volumes and as we know, volume preceeds price. But for any of it to happen, the 10K filing must be submitted to the SEC and so far that has not happened yet so we are apparently just waiting on the auditors. Hopefully we will get to finally see the 10K filing in EDGAR either this week or next. It is extra exciting for me because I was accumulating so many RFMK shares in the triple zeros I had to eventually stop myself to wait for absolute transparency which the 10K would bring for investors. I have been patiently just holding ever since the announcement of the 10K was coming mid Aug. It will be exciting to finally get the 10K because it will mean I will then be able to continue accumulation; just a personal discipline threshold because of the size of my position. Each investor should make his own BUY/HOLD/SELL decisions based on their situations but for me with everything that has changed fundamentally since mid Aug, I am rather amped to get back to accumulation, especially at under 2X par value! LOL WEEeeeeeeeee !!!!! $$$$$
