I agree, it is WAAAY to high now and will more than likely scare off future investors. There is nothing that I can see to justify such a large increase in A/S. This has totally caught me off guard, as I expected to see a small increase in the O/S from the 798,000,000 to maybe 900,000,000 or so. I just don't know why he does not see that this move can only hurt the share price further and make the stock even less desirable to onlookers. The Share structure is one of the First things peeps in penny land look at it seems. This just makes ICPA look like just another overly bloated penny. His actions have made it that much harder to get this back to the Nickel, IMHO.
