Was anyone watching ECDC this spring when we had our icpa run? It looked to be a promising penny stock with a lot going on then they increased the A/S by billions and the price went from near a penny to triple zeros. They too thought it was the"best interests of the company". I read Steve's reasonings on ihub about getting better financing by having a bigger cushion between outstanding shares and authorized shares but they had better release some financing news to that effect to show that he is right otherwise it is just like every other sub penny stock that increases shares. what's the incentive to keep buying and want to be a part of this company if they will just increase the shares if we buy them up? WTF?
