Just picked mine up at the post office today. It actually arrived on 25 July, but I just got back from vacation yesterday. Had a signature required delivery notification in my mailbox. Went to the PO to sign for and picked it up today. I haven't called to hound them at all. Figured if I hadn't received it once it was indicated all certs had been issued and mailed and still hasn't received it, then I would call. Figured they had enough impatient ppl calling and emailing them daily as it was. My son hasn't received his yet, so will continue to watch for his.
