This was to be a private transaction with
1 Purchase agreement

2 You obtain your stock certificate
(Difficult but can happen) with cost $ you pay

3 I would escrow the money in exchange for you Certificate and transfer of ownership of them to me with warrants and covenants to complete the transaction

Now you play way to many games for me !!!

Integrity is important for me in order to know it would not cost me lawyers fees to complete this transaction with you
