I am trying to understand clown or an angelsatin
I was very clear in our correspondence back when I offered you and all others that wanted to sell at $0.5
Then you stalled and played some $50 game on this board then said the broker couldn't do it ...........excuses !!!
This was to be a private transaction with
1 Purchase agreement
2 You obtain your stock certificate
(Difficult but can happen) with cost $ you pay
3 I would escrow the money in exchange for you Certificate and transfer of ownership of them to me with warrants and covenants to complete the transaction
Now you play way to many games for me !!!
Integrity is important for me in order to know it would not cost me lawyers fees to complete this transaction with you
