That's possible. The PM just got back from Washington on the 12th, after another round of trying to get help from the IMF on the Belize Superbond negotiation. That issue is far from settled because the GOB asked for a 45% reduction on principle and a renegotiation of interest payments. If I were a banker I would toss that deal back in their face and tell them to come back to me when their head is pulled out of their backside.

However, at the end of the day tax revenue is tax revenue and they better turn the faucet on soon so Treaty can start making the GOB some money.
