He was excited about getting the cheap shares and don't think he heard the news yet.  Just thought he might be happy to know that he has some more time to accumulate.  Why such hostility?  Maybe them filing late is a good thing?  Could it be that they just need to finalize a couple of their production numbers before they want to release the 10Q?  Isn't that the consensus around here that nothing is being reported because they are saving it up for the release of the 10Q?  I'm right there with you.  I want this thing to explode just as much if not more then you do.  Chillax already!
