interesting thought, what if north cal is aquiring Hollund as a way to go public without an IPO. it is usually much faster and cheaper to buy a company than to take one public. which could be what is happening. we may want to watch for a name change soon. that could be the reason why they are being paid in shares as apposed to cash, or in future log orders

im thinking there could be a quiet reverse merger going on here
