As the old saying goes, there is no such thing as a stupid question. Anyway, what matters to us, as HIMR investors, is how many shares of NorthCal will the 30 billion or so shares of HIMR be worth? That will be dependent on what is HIMR's potential for future earnings, hopefully not on what their present value is.
