That would be purely an uninformed guess. We really don't know how large a company NC is, what is their annual sales amount, what is their net income, what are their future plans, how many new stores are they thinking of opening, what amount of growth are they expecting, how many shares will be made available to the public for purchase, etc. That will determine the initial public offering price. The opening stock price for some IPO's that I've observed is usually between $20 - $30 per share, so that is my prediction.
