I don't think people are "scared" . . . yet. The markets are trading sideways . . . no new money is being put in equities (especially penny stocks), some will be selling to lock in lower capital gains tax rates . . . until we get NEWS . . .we will muddle around $1.00. Then, watch out . . .!
