Good evening BCAP...folks I have been watching the L2 closely at both BCAP and RIGH over the last few days..have you noticed that UBSS is sitting at both bid and ask?  It has been that way on RIGH for days now!  Have any idea how we can stop this pattern?  We are in a flippers mode again and it doesn't move when we get here..look at the L2 and tell me I am nuts..I might just believe you!
