Yes, the company business is not yet profitable. Is that your point? Again, most shareholders are aware this company is losing money and does not yet have earnings and positive cash flow. If it did, I would suspect the stock would be trading orders of magnitude higher than the current PPS. Yes, there were many old pref share conversions last year and into this year which caused massive dilution of the O/S. This is known. Another interesting tidbit of DD for you is if you compare the filings, ever since Mr Allinder took over as CEO, the pref share issuance has remained the same, no increase. Hmmmm.. these points have all been discussed many times on the board, I suggest searching for tidbits of DD to assuage your concerns. I will not continue to engage in back and forth attack and defense. Do your own DD.
