dear andrew,
i think i have figured out the reason for my confusion. reading the nci trial particulars, it looked to me as if DF would only be testing for p21 expression once. but maybe you are going to test after each cohort is introduced. and dosed three times? is this so?
also can you tell me if you are escalating doses faster than usual so that you will hopefully reach MTD with first cohort after 3 or 5 doses?

That is just the proposed mechanism of action. If the company does any individual testing, we are unlikely to learn of it. This is simply a phase 1 study for any solid tumor that meets eligibility. There is no testing to enroll on the study. This is a standard 3x3 design. There is no rapid dose escalation
