TECO hit a 100 mm market cap on what was probably very little institutional money back in January. It can probably get to that area, maybe up to 150 plus mm market cap or a bit higher. But, it won't sustain that level unless there is big money coming in behind it, and it probably won't even touch the 250 mm market cap area without some big money behind it. For those people calling for 60 cents, let alone dollar land, we are talking about some serious capital inflows.

I'm not talking about the Calpers or Texas Teachers Retirement System level of investors. I'm talking about at least energy holding companies with assets of at least 50 million bucks or more.
