This is very interesting DD. Does the SEC show any connection between PHOT management/insiders and the promoters? Doesn't look like it in your DD. I thought phot got suspended because of insiders dumping. That is the key question that is not know. Did insiders at Skto work with this promoter out of Mumbai. They have denied it. If there is no connection than the SEC suspension is bunk. If the SEC suspended Skto just because some independent outfit was promoting them that would be bunk.
