Yoda, no sense in bugging Mr. Allinder.  I mean this in a good way.  He will file it when everything is correct and ready and comes back from auditors, etc.  Pestering him daily with messages will not make things happen faster.  His nerves are up as it is.  I'd say it's better to give support in other ways.  I'm in business and do not like customers bugging me when something will be done that is very very meticulous work.
