that is because we all know *differently*

one investor has a CB sub 20c
others are sub 25c and even more are sub 30c

most (not all) have added to reduce original Cost Basis

again .. the key is the issued and outstanding

with 4 and 5 sold >> if P2O were to IPO in early 2016
(and did the requisite road shows) >> their IPO would
be priced *conservatively* @ 20.00 to 25.00

the key going forward imo is the mix of buyers

clearly a buyer along the lines of WM would be revealing
but i never rule out those who think outside the box

i've said this all along (parse posts)

each buyer will have different needs re: P2O

the fact that it can be tweaked (1k to 4k) certainly helps

college campuses .. tech campuses .. medical facilities
you name it >> it can be accommodated in due course
