because it is not general knowledge...nobody has let the cat out of the bag and they still have to nail whats in the pipeline...and because if it did become knowledge before it has been consumated, the people may back out....just my opinion for what it is worth....and a big guess on my part. We will just have to sit back and wait...Chris said he wanted until Dec 31st, so we still have time...and there are a lot of things to resolve from the previous administration. Just GO TECO GO and we will just have to wait and see.
