Why?
BCAP is trading between $0.0001 and $0.0003/4. The worst that happens is the share price trades $0.0001/2 for a few days (just like its been doing for a few days....).
As long as BCAP trades in this range and doesn't dilute - what the market thinks is unimportant. If BCAP were trading at $0.0010 a change of model may be more problematic.
The point is that the current share price presents a safe opportunity to rethink the business plan without crushing shareholders.
