I think it's very on-topic, since you brought it to the attention of this board that you were "unofficially working" for SKTO.
What exactly were you doing?
What exactly were you compensated for doing it?
Where did SKTO file that they had contracted you to do whatever it is that you did?
Very valid questions. Considering the actions SKTO has taken to leave shareholders hanging, yourself included, I'd think you'd want to share with the board.
