If the investor public were aware of what is happening in the pipeline of this company, they would be buying stock in large volume, especially at these sub penny prices. We all already know that treaty has cried wolf too many times, but with a new board-ceo, new blood and enthusiasm, and huge unannounced deals. The sky's the limit here...
