Bordynuik and Heddle acting as if they want the SEC to suspend JBII. Maybe that's their end-game.
1) First they lie about how great things were in the Dec 2013 AGM, but
2) the world finds out six months later that JBI had been sitting idle and not accomplishing anything because of broken processors they couldn't afford to fix. Then
3) they put out a PR saying they fixed the processors and were going gangbusters again, and finally
4) they file a late 10-Q, just a month after announcing that the processors were fixed, where they say the processors are still broken because they can't afford to fix them.
I would love to see these sleazy crooks get thrown in the slammer for a few years.
