Late notice? Filing isn't due until Aug 15
The quarter ended on June 30, and since companies have 45 days to file the quarterlies, the filing isn't due until August 15.
Then, if you were going to be late, you would file the notice of late filing the day after the due date (in this case, Aug 16)
Why would they file for an extension when the report isn't due for another ten days, and then they can have five more after that?
Is it a screw up, like allowing the domain registration to expire?
