If it was NOT HC on site last week, I think Bill would have said something. I don't believe he would let the rumors fly all over the place without substance.

Now I'm wondering if there is a "pre-inspection visit" just to insure the facility is worth granting a full inspection. Idk. Just my speculation. GLTA
