Mostly agreed. I'm 90% sure it was inspection, but you HAVE to consider all possible scenarios. Yours would make my short list.
Be glad those t-shirt wearing, cultist, true longs DID move on to FB. The numbers are growing and they always make an emotional play to shut down objective thought, like yours, in a ball of flame.
Last night, there was an epic, mouth foaming, tear fest, over a guy asking about the possibilities of a share restructure (r/s) at merger.
