Please read your last sentence and fix it. I'm not exactly sure whehter you are suggesting this is something Rauber has said or something you think he should do.
It would send a strong message to the public if the PIPE could be offered at market prices or higher. Both from management and the PIPE investors.
But as Pipeholder has said, PIPE participants take risk by having their shares frozen for a period of time.
I suppose you could argue that buying on the open market at these prices would not be guaranteed for the number of shares that could be bought through a PIPE offering.
Either way, it will be more dilution for all of us. Hopefully that won't matter in a couple of quarters.
