breakthrough, environmentally-friendly oil sands extraction technology,

which can be utilized on all types of hydrocarbon deposits.  A key

feature of the technology is that it requires no water during the

extraction process.  MCW also holds a major oil sands lease situated in

the prolific Asphalt Ridge region of Utah…a state rich in oil with an

estimated 35 billion barrels ready for development.
