I'm not sure if everyone realizes the complexity of a 10k.  Tom had to assume an operation that had many complexities from prior corporate activities.  And, I'll bet he came across a few not so nice conditions needing resolvement acceptable to the auditors.  Remember, he had to provide an updated 10k on more than one occassion to move this forward.  11 quarters is a hell of a reporting cycle when the original creators of the company activities are no longer around.  Tom deserves cheers, not sneers.  Let's give him a break.
