No, tmm does not have a legitimate case but it continues because The court gives the plaintiff the benefit of the doubt in spite of it having no case until the case is further along. I presume that soon the plaintiffs will become the defendants and things will change. You should come to Vegas and do some homework.
LLOL....sounds almost like Mr. Fool, but I guess he's finally gone. Anyway, I am sure Fruckedup u meant to say that the court gives the DEFENDANT the benefit of the doubt??? But, that is definitely not true. The court gives NO ONE the benefit of the doubt---that's not how our legal system works. In fact, in most cases it's harder for the Plaintiffs to prove their case has merit, and alot of the times, the case is thrown out by the court within the first 6 months by issuing a summary judgement to the Defendants. So you are copletely twisted around., BUT GOOD TRY, I KNOW IT'S NOT EASY TRYING TO MAKE A CASE FOR THE DEMENTED GROUP OF DEFENDANTS!!!!
