The place I'm at in the Keys was $1.2m back a few years ago when the developer sold it new. Two years ago it was $300k including a 55' slip in the marina. Now you can't touch one in here for any amount because everyone's got a have one. The slip is $65k alone now and the unit is over $500k but no one is selling so who really knows. To boot you can get $2-3k/week on rentals. Hmmmmmm?
