I don't think Matt has finished destroying their credibility yet. That'll happen with a PR on RIGH's bankruptcy and the completion of the audit (prelude to uplist).

Am looking forward to seeing the mechanism Matt uses to eliminate the Preferred. I know its going to be performed in a very shareholder friendly manner, because so many other actions have been very shareholder friendly.
