I have a suggesting to eliminate all the B.S. trading in the otc markets especially in stocks traded in the range of .0001 to .0999.  Many small trades are processed and cleared within otc securities.  Many trades are to manipulate a stock or just to create a commission for the broker dealer.  Many trade signals by market makers will be eliminated as well as fake 911 trades.  911 stands for news forthcoming.  Other small trades are placed to paint the price up or down at the end of the day.  A minimum of 100.00 a trade would eliminate a lot of the unnecessary  manipulation.  Please consider the suggestion to help improve trading and confidence within the OTC.
