The last PR Matt issued had shook up BCAP temporarily.  The amount of shares short was growing everyday and the pull back was imminent because maret makers rarely lose.  The announcement of the B/D and the uplisting will maximize shareholder value.  The new marketplace will allow the company to reach its stated goals and enable investment by a broader base of potential investors. It also exposes our company to clients of firms that do not presently allow their representatives to recommend the common stock.   The PR was written in a manor as to self correct BCAP common stock.   We can continue to speculate the motives behind the PR but i think of it as another buying oppurtunity till we move to a more regulated exchange.
