With all that Mr. Reid has undergone since going public (2006), I bet you he's had legal folks on board to protect him and his interests (KMAG)... unfortunately they did not see the 'greys' coming but hopefully they're learning and providing better protection (maybe Mr. Reid has to twist their arm or pay more for it but he should also demand better protection).
