Yes, once the certs are in and are all soild and good to stamp on the package, then Nunez makes the phone call, and products starts.....I still believe there are orders in and just on hold until certs are finished..........it's like sitting on the runway, and your the 28th plane in line to take off, I know cause I have been in that line....lol.....in New Jersey, and once we go, this will jusy GO!, and begin to trade like a big board stock, you watch....
