for all those who have contacted me with concerns you have over SRGE, and more importantly shorts in SRGE and short manipulators I thank you.
I welcome any and all complaints to be filed against myself and others to the regulatory agencies. Typically these agencies will investigate the company first and people like myself second. Accusations that I am a short seller manipulating the market and libel the company must first show evidence that I am in fact short (easy to defend) but more importantly that what I say is not true. Only SRGE can prove that and thus the SEC would have to investigate SRGE to even start considering a case against me.
Oh...there are other pitfalls that would make such a case impossible to proceed with but the objective will be accomplished, SRGE will be investigated.
so in closing FILE THE COMPLAINTS. File them often and from as many of you as possible.
