my understanding is Bobs CWRN had filed an entry of default against geo in the ca case dec 2012-i think ocat said from the files that geo said it wasnt notified-just like cwrn imo wasnt given proper statutory notice in tx discovery multiple times
but geo made a motion apparently heard june 2013 to set aside that dec 2012 entry of default-which was not the same as a default judgment

i have no idea what the ca case notation re default judgment 7-21-14 was about
what was the timing of bingos post 6667 -i mentioned those things

so i dont think there is an actual default judgment- dont how there could be only 1 week after tx case finished and when theres a motion set for 8-29 -perhaps that is a motion for default judgment against geo
just guessing-all can do when only have a cryptic ct 7-21 entry
