It would require IMO a class action lawsuit by multiple OTC CEO's that would target ADVFN/investorshub (aka LieHub). If one guy can successfully get Matt Brown behind bars, imagine what many disgruntled CEO's could do, not to mention the shareholders they could invite to camp onto their crusade. JMO.
