Well now. Would you look at that. It appears that some officious Mod on another board feels that this is an off-topic comment.
I guess the question will go unanswered. For now. Until it reappears in a much higher venue. And that's coming.

Would you please state, for the record, exactly which SEC basic disclosure requirement you are alleging that Telvue is non-compliant in? Please also apply the currently filed reporting status as has been publicly disclosed by Telvue in previous PR(s) in your response.
You have made a serious charge of legal non-compliance against the Company. Please substantiate these allegations.
