Contracts ( and expanded contracts) could be bringing in revenues that would make a book value of .16 - that's WITHOUT a multiple. Considering that the overhead costs are very small, and in some cases, non-existent, I think a multiple of at least 6 is reasonable. This could be over a dollar on revenues alone.
