I will publicly acknowledge my error in promising reporting would be done by the end of July. The issues were much larger than I had anticipated and external delays which actually have nothing to do with TECO problems have led to several of the delays. The process is under way in earnest. It is a huge priority for me. In fact many initiatives I am currently working on are 100% stymied by lack of reporting. I am as frustrated if not more so than all of you. I cannot accept responsibility for the past I can only accept responsibility for the future. I have zero interest in being non compliant. We will fix the past and move forward. I did not realize that we would be facing some of the things I have had to for the last couple months on the compliance side. We are headed in a new direction in terms of compliance and as mentioned that has begun and is in process. No firm dates, but know I and our board have embarked on the process and are committed to getting it done ASAP. A bright, new future for TECO quite frankly depends on it.
