Jake, I post often on IHUB, but come Monday we could see some inexperienced flippers cashing in on 1/10 for a few bucks. The problem with this moving forward is with each 2/10-3/10th surge, we may have to deal with the pull-back from small time flips. Calkin and company need to wrap up the fins and continue to produce tangible results including the august 15 website and new products as well as a replenishment of the CBDs to push this forward hard and make small flips difficult.
