reminder when RH was installed as Ceo in August 2013
mgmt indicated that prox would be sold .. it was a one liner
but as a few of us noted contemporaneously made total sense

and as some of us noted b4 prox could be sold >> feed stock would
have to be tested

that was confirmed in Dec via the AGM

we got confirmation independently of mgmt re: prox price tag in 2014

$8 to $9 Million doesn't come from petty cash .. those reqs take some
time >> specific to annual budgets

which is why we saw that paragraph last month (7.1.14) re: update

imo that *national* company will be 8k'd by the eo the 3rd Q (9.30.14)

pieces are all coming together

when the first prox are sold (imo first 2 will be 8k'd b4 eo 2014) ..
i'll be very curious to see which aliases >> who've done nothing

it will be interesting to also note when other co.s come public within
