I get your point when you say to invest the money instead of acquiring that brokerage, he could do it one time around and collect handsome profits of that and then buy the brokerage and reinvest the profits. Thats certainly an option but so different of what many think will come and another change in plans may be a blow too many for some, because that would defer the business plan at least with 6 months, if not a year & more...
