DCLT has only issued 3 million shares over the last 9 months and none in the last 6...worth a look imo, they just filed the Q 2 report yesterday afternoon showing continued increase in revenue and an operating profit of over 70k this year.

125,976,421 shares issued and outstanding at June 30, 2014 and December 31, 2013. Share structure remains the same. No dilution!
