Would you please state, for the record, exactly which SEC basic disclosure requirement you are alleging that Telvue is non-compliant in? Please also apply the currently filed reporting status as has been publicly disclosed by Telvue in previous PR(s) in your response.
You have made a serious charge of legal non-compliance against the Company. Please substantiate these allegations.
I look forward to the lawyer's response but while on that subject has anyone been able to find her as a member of the Florida bar association? My counsel who is a former Attorney General and has great contacts has asked me to provide name, address, etc. after I related the threats she made against Joe and myself but so far I have struck out. If anyone has it please post or PM the info. TIA.
