Thanks Cool for the post. I had to wait myself till Sunday morning to read in depth to get a true understanding what you were telling us.

All I can say is " I'm glad I'm on your side " , as all others I'm comfortable will say the same.

This really does look now as a quick way to make a few bucks, or by following the valuation methods you posted, a better way to get rich and be on your way to being financially secure.
